• Co‑design workshop (remote or on site) to lock in torque limits, bit face geometry, airflow and compressor specs.
• CAD + FEA simulations to verify stresses and optimise airflow before we cut metal.
• 3D‑printed prototype (Inconel or tool steel) shipped to your site within 14 days for field trials.
• Instrumented iterations using strain‑gauge data until KPIs are hit.
• Short‑run Swiss production for the final design, with CE marking where needed.
